Since the founding of UPBEET! Tokyo, our Amazake Brownie” has been a signature item and remains the most beloved treat. Its rich, fudge-like texture is packed with the nutrients of chickpeas and amazake. In 2024, it won the Grand Prix, the highest honor, at the Japan Food Selection.
UPBEET! Tokyo’s best-selling series, Upbeet Donuts! Made with nutritious ingredients such as brown rice flour, rich in vitamins and minerals, and protein-packed chickpeas. These donuts are oven-baked and steamed, giving them a light and fluffy texture inside and out. We use 100% organic applesauce from Nagano for extra sweetness, and 3-year fermented mirin from Mikawa, which gives the donuts their unique taste. Available flavors include: plain, beets, peanut butter, carrot cake, organic matcha, and black sesame.

HISHIROKU: Rice Koji brand passed down for 300 years in Higashiyama, Kyoto.
TAKAMURA SHOUTEN: Rich amazake made from freshly prepared koji by Takumura Shoten, winner of the Nagano Prefecture Governor’s Award.
YAMAMAN KAJIMAYA SHOUTEN: Located in Okaya, Nagano Prefecture, Yamanaka Kajiya Shoten has been making miso for over 100 years using traditional wooden barrels and domestic ingredients.
